Chocolate Banana-Avocado cupcakes

Moist delicious chocolate-banana-avocado cupcakes. Great for snacks."


1/4 cup oil
1 cup splenda
1 small banana
1 small avocado
1/2 cup egg beaters
1 cup white all-purpose flour
1 cup wheat flour
1/4 cup baking cocoa
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt


Mash banana and avocado, set aside. Combine all dry ingredients together, add oil, eggbeaters and banana-avocado mixture. Pour into cupcake holders and bake about 30-40 mins. in 350 degree oven
