“
This bread is buttery & crunchy outside & s-o-o easy to make."
Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
12 ounces beer
1/4 pound butter, melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Prepare a loaf pan by spraying with non-stick spray.
Mix together dry ingredients in a bowl. Make a well in the center and add the beer. Mix together until just combined, mixture will not be smooth. Place mixture in loaf pan and pour melted butter over. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 - 45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool 10 minutes in the pan, then remove to a wire rack to finish cooling.
