Sunshine Smoothie
Cuisinart Original RecipeChock-full of Vitamin C, this smoothie will get you moving in the morning.
"Ingredients
½ lemon, peeled
½ ounce ginger, about 1-inch piece
1 pound carrots
1 medium orange, peeled and quartered
2 medium peaches, peeled, pitted and cut into large cubes
1 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
1 cup frozen mango cubes
Instructions
1. Turn the Cuisinart® Compact Juice Extractor on and juice the lemon, ginger and carrots.
2. Pour juice into the jar of a Cuisinart® Blender and add the remaining ingredients and blend on high speed until smooth, about 45 seconds.
3. Serve immediately.
