Ginger and lemon brighten up these nutrient rich greens."

Ingredients

1 medium cucumber
1/2 bunch kale, about 3 to 4 leaves
1 large handful parsley
2 handfuls spinach
1 2 or 3-inch piece ginger
3 celery stalks
1/4 lemon, peeled


Instructions

1. Turn the Cuisinart Compact Juice Extractor on and juice the ingredients in the order listed.
2. Stir juice and serve immediately.
