Ingredients

1          medium tomato, quartered


½         medium cucumber


½         lemon, peeled


1          handful parsley, about 1 cup packed


3 to 4   kale leaves


½         medium beet, halved


2          medium carrots


Instructions

1. Turn the Cuisinart® Compact Juice Extractor on and juice the ingredients in the order listed.


2. Stir juice and serve immediately.
