Frozen Latte


2 measured scoops finely ground espresso
1 teaspoon granulated sugar, optional
2 tablespoons whole milk
3 ice cubes


Prepare a double espresso in the Cuisinart Espresso Maker.
Stir the sugar into the hot espresso and stir to dissolve.
Pour the espresso and the milk into the jar of a Cuisinart Blender. Place the lid on and process on high. While the motor is running, drop the ice cubes in and continue to process until the mixture is homogenous, about 30 seconds.
Pour into a glass.
