Frozen Mango MargaritaCuisinart Original Recipe
1 whole mango, cut into 1/2" pieces (about 2 cups chopped)
6 ounces tequila
4 ounces triple sec
8 ounces lime juice
6 ounces simple syrup*
6 ice cubes
Place all of the ingredients in the jar of a Cuisinart blender. Cover and set on Liquefy. Blend until evenly blended, for about 1 minute.
*Simple syrup is equal parts sugar and water, heated on the stove until all the sugar has dissolved. Cool to room temperature and then chill in refrigerator until ready for use.
