Veggie Juice Plus
Cuisinart Original RecipeA rainbow of veggies, chock full of nutrients,
all in one glass.
Ingredients
1 tomato, about 5 ounces
½ cucumber, about 5 ounces
½ lemon, peeled about ½ ounce
1 handful parsley, about 1 cup packed
3 to 4 kale leaves
½ medium beet, about 2 ounces
2 carrots, about 8 ounces
Instructions
1. Turn the Cuisinart® Juice Extractor to speed 2. Turn the unit on and juice the tomato.
2. Increase to speed 3 and juice the cucumber and lemon.
3. Increase to speed 5 and juice the parsley, kale, beet and carrots.
4. Stir juice and serve immediately.
