This kid-friendly smoothie is a vitamin-packed way to start the day.
Berry Cherry Smoothie - 4 Cups
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 bananas, quartered
1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen cherries
1 to 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
Instructions
Put ingredients into the blender jar in the order listed. Run on High until smooth, about 45 seconds. Serve immediately.
