3/4 cup pomegranate juice
1 mango, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup seedless grapes (red or green)
1 ripe persimmon, cut into 1-inch pieces*
1 kiwi, cut into 4 pieces
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen blackberries
1 tablespoon wheat germ
1 tablespoon flax seed oil
Put ingredients into the blender jar in the order listed. Run on High until smooth, about 40 seconds. Serve immediately.
*If persimmon is not available, any other ripe fruit can be substituted (mango, papaya, pineapple, etc).
