Fun & fruity drink which goes well with just about anything. I generally make one full carafe & split equally in half. Once each carafe is filled half way add lots of ice & splash with seltzer. It goes a long way. Make sure to use wide mouth container with spoon for easy access to fruit. Additional fruits may be used. Granny smith apples seem to hold up the best if you don't intend to drink it right away."

dry red wine
triple sec
orange juice
navel orange
granny smith apple

cut apple and orange into bite size pieces and add to carafe.
sprinkle fine layer of sugar over fruit. cover fruit with equal parts of brandy & triple sec. add three parts wine one part orange juice to fill container. serve over ice & add splash of seltzer.
