Ingredients
Strawberries - 1/2 cup
Blueberries 1/2 cup
Banana 1
Honey 2 Tbl
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Skim Milk 2 cup
Ice cubes 2 or 3
Instructions
Blend fruit, adding one at at time. Add additional ingredients, blending after each one. Add ice cubes to thicken. Pour into glass and enjoy
