Rhubarb Slush

Very refreshing drink on hot summer days."

Ingredients

2 quarts of water
2 quarts of rhubarb
2 cups of sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 oz. pkg of strawberry jello
2 cups vodka or ginger ale


Instructions

Bring to a boil until mushy. I run mine through a sieve and crush the rhubarb until its nothing but pulp - keeping everything in the mix.

Add
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 oz. pkg of strawberry jello

Stir - allow to cool to room temperature and add 2 cups of vodka or ginger ale.

Freeze. To serve, scoop into cups.
