1/2 cups frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup fat free milk
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 tbsp granulated sugar or according to taste
1/2 tsp cardamom powder or according to taste
Blend all ingredients until smooth. You may slightly adjust ingredients according to your taste (optional). Pour into glass and enjoy!
