Fruit Protein SmoothieUser Submitted Recipe
or equivalent (approx. 2 cups) of blueberries and or strawberries
*two scoops of whey protein (scoop included in whey protein container or use tablespoon)
*3 ice cubes
*2 cups of low fat milk
*1 tablespoon of the sweetener of your choice (artificial, honey or sugar)
Place all the ingredients in a Cuisinart blender and put the lid on.
Blend at low speed then on medium speed until it is the consistency of a smoothie.
Pour into separate glasses, garnish with a piece or fruit and serve.
