1 (6-oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
3 cups water
1 cup fresh strawberries with tops or 1 cup frozen strawberries without sugar
1 (12 oz.) can frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
1 (12 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
7 cups cold water
1 (1-liter) bottle (about 4 cups) ginger ale
Or if you like a alcoholic punch instead that ginger ale use 4 cups of sparkling wine (spumante)
In 2-quart non metal container, combine 6-oz. can lemonade concentrate and 3 cups water,
Pour lemonade into a 6-cup mold, freeze until slushy, about 2 to 3 hours.
Place strawberries in slush, allowing tops of strawberries to show.
Freeze until firm or overnight.
Remove ice ring from mold, wrap in plastic wrap and store in freezer until needed.
In 6-quart non metal container, combine pineapple juice concentrate,
12-oz. can lemonade concentrate and 7 cups water,
Refrigerate until well chilled.
Just before serving, place ice ring, strawberry side up, into punch bowl.
Carefully pour punch over ice ring.
Add ginger ale, or sparkling wine (spumante), stir gently.
