A easy appetizer to take anywhere"
Ingredients
2 large french Bagettes,
1 clove garlic
1 small oninon
6 mushrooms
fresh Bel Paese cheese (fresh mozzerela can be subtituted)
1tbls olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Slice bread into one inch pieces, drizzle with olive oil and toast slighty. Meanwhile saute, garlic, mushroom, and onions in
olive oil and butter. Vegetables should be chopped very fine.
Place a small dollop of the mixture onto each toasted piece, and then sprinkle, good size crumbles of Bel Pase cheese, Return to oven and cook until golden brown, and
viola!
