Momma's Clam DipUser Submitted Recipe
3 packages cream cheese
1 TBSP worcestershire sauce
3 TBSP lemon juice
1 tsp. paprika
1 TBSP parsley flakes
1 TBSP garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
3 cans chopped clams
1 bag of regular chips
Put the cheese in your electric mixing bowl and turn on medium speed. Cream. Add all of the other ingredients, except for the clams. Mix well, no lumps, wiping down the sides of the bowl. Drain the clam juice into a cup. Add the clams to the bowl and turn on medium until incorporated. Add some of the reserved clam juice to thin a little. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Will last for five days in an airtight container in your refrigerator.
This is great with a bag of bugles or lays chips!
