Shrimp DipUser Submitted Recipe
1 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
2 cans shrimp, drained
1 can tomato soup
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup water
1 packet of gelatin
1 cup mayonnaise
6 drops hot pepper sauce
In work bowl, with steel blade, finely chop the celery, green pepper, and onion and set aside. Add drained shrimp to the vegetables.
Add gelatin to water to soften.
In a microwave bowl, heat together the tomato soup and cream cheese, until cheese softens and mixture is warm. Stir in the gelatin mixture and mix to dissolve. Beat in the mayonnaise and pepper sauce. Pour over the vegetable shrimp mixture, and mix well. Mold and chill. Serve with crackers.
