Buffalo Chicken Dip


3 or 4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
3 8oz. pkgs of cream cheese (softened)
10oz. of your favorite buffalo/wing sauce
1 stick of butter
2 cups of shredded cheese (I use 1 cup of sharp cheddar and 1 cup of mozzarella)


Boil chicken until done. Set aside and let cool. After chicken cools, shred.
Then, in a large pan melt the stick of butter and add the wing sauce. Stir until mixed well.
Add shredded chicken stir well, and simmer for 20 minutes covered. Stirring occasionally.
Spread cream cheese in baking pan. (Approx. 13x9x2 size pan)
When chicken mixture is done, spread over cream cheese, then sprinkle cheese over the top.
Bake at 350 for approx. 20 mins.
Let cool for 10-20 mins and enjoy!!
