Southwestern Cheese Dip

Ingredients

2 pounds ground round or sirloin
2 packets Taco seasoning
2 pkg Velveeta Cheese (64 oz)
2 cans Rotel Tomatoes
water


Instructions

Crumble and cook ground meat in large skillet. Add taco seasoning and water as directed. Place cooked taco meat in slow cooker. Add cheese and tomatoes and simmer 2 to 3 hours or until melted, stirring occasionally. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
