1 1 lb. roll Sage Sausage
1 Can tomatoes & green chilies
1 2 oz. can chopped green chilies
1 12 oz. block cream cheese
In large skillet, crumble and brown sausage until no pink remains. Drain all fat on paper towels. Wipe skillet and return cooked sausage to pan. Add tomatoes & green chilies along with extra can green chilies. Stir. Cut cream cheese into inch size pieces and add to sausage mixture. Heat on medium heat until cheese is melted and all ingredients are blended. Pour into an ovenproof serving dish (about 1 1/2 quart) and place in 325 degree oven. Bake until bubbly. Serve with Fritos Scoops. Enjoy!
