Game Day Wraps

Ingredients


8 (10 inch) flour tortillas

1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened

4 Tbsp prepared horseradish

4 Tbsp apricot jam

1 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup chopped pecans (or nut of your choice)

1 lb deli roast beef, very thinly sliced


Instructions

Make sure tortillas are room temperature. In a small bowl, beat together cream cheese, horseradish, jam and pepper. Spread about 2 tablespoons of the mixture on each tortilla. Sprinkle one tablespoon nuts evenly over each tortilla. Layer meat evenly on top; roll up. Wrap in plastic wrap, then foil. Refrigerate up to 4 hours. Slice to serve as bite size appetizers.
