Hot Crab Puffs

7.5 ounces crabmeat
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp green onion chopped
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Cayenne
4 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded (one cup volume)
12 flaky biscuits, canned


Separate the biscuits into thin layers making 36 rounds. Mix everything else together well. Spoon crab mixture on top of each round. You can also sprinkle them with paprika. Bake at 400 F for about 10 minutes until pastry puffs and browns. Serve hot.
