Ingredients

Large Spinach tortillas
16 oz cream cheese
1 small can chopped black olive
1 small can diced Ortega chiles
1 envelope dry ranch dressing mix
1/2 red bell pepper
3 green onions


Instructions

Blend all ingredients except tortillas. Spread thinly onto tortillas. Roll up tight, chill for 2 hours or overnight. Slice into 3/4" pinwheels and serve.
