Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Roasted red pepper dip prepared in a Cuisinart food processor"


7 ounces roasted red peppers, drained
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 large garlic clove, crushed
1 cup cottage cheese


In a food processor, blend red peppers, dried basil, hot pepper sauce and garlic until chopped. Add cottage cheese; process until smooth. Chill at least 1 hour and serve as a dip with fresh vegetables.
