mango salsa
User Submitted Recipeseasonal fruit salsa
“
nothing better in a summer day than chips and salsa, made with the most refreshing fruit of the season, and in case you like it all year round, substituted the fruit for whats in season,or your favorite fruit, also you can add some avocado, but if you like it just the original way, here is another tip,any left over(if any)save it to marinate any meat or chicken, also very good, the way it is over blackened fish"
Ingredients
2 mango's,cut in small pieces
1/2 of a Spanish onion, cut in small pieces
1 elephant garlic clove finely cut
a handful of cilantro finely cut
1 havanero pepper,1 jalapeno pepper,2 or 3 plum tomatoes,all small cut,
a juice of a lime or 2,
salt n pepper to you're liking and a bag of tortilla chips,or 2
Instructions
mix all ingredients, tip,if all ingredients are cold it's much better, the flavors will release stronger,
add the cilantro last
