Ingredients
1 can of Pilsbury Biscuits
1 lb of ground beef
1 package of taco seasoning
Shredded cheddar cheese (or Mexican cheese)
Instructions
Cook the ground beef, drain, and mix in the taco seasoning with 3/4c water. Cut the pilsbury biscuits into 4, and then place them into a mini cupcake pan. Spread them to create a mini bowl. Place cooked taco meat inside. Sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for about 10 mins or until the biscuit dough is cooked/golden brown. Enjoy!!!
