Artichoke Dip

A delicious and creamy warm artichoke dip. Delicious with pita chips or tortilla chips. Or your favorite cracker. "

Ingredients

2 cans artichokes, drained and chopped in cuisinart food processor
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
minced garlic - to taste


Instructions

Drain and chop artichokes. Mix together with remaining ingredients. Pour into 2-quart casserole. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 45 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
