Buffalo Chicken DipUser Submitted Recipe
20 oz. canned chicken
2-8 oz. packages cream cheese
8 oz. Ranch dressing
3/4 to 1 cup hot sauce
2 1/2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
Preheat oven 350 degrees
In a large bowl,cream or mix together the cream cheese and ranch dressing. Stir in the chicken, hot sauce and 1 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.
Pour into prayed casserole dish and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Add remaining cheddar cheese to top and bake an additional 10 min. Or until cheese is melted.
Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or sliced French bread pieces.
