Ingredients

1 can 19oz. Cannellini Beans,drained
3 TBSP Toasted Pine Nuts
2 cloves garlic
4 tsp. lemon rind
3TBSP lemon juice
1TBSP Olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper


Instructions

Blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Garnish top with fresh parsley
