Ingredients

1 can (19 oz.) Cannellini Beans,drained
3 Tbsp Toasted Pine Nuts
2 cloves garlic
4 tsp. lemon rind
3 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp Olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper


Instructions

Blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Garnish top with fresh parsley
