Cranberry Salsa


1 Bag fresh cranberries, medium chopped
1/3 cup Cilantro
1/3 cup Green onions
2 tbsp Ginger, fresh grated
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Lime juice (1 lime)
1/2 tsp salt


Mix together, chill 2 hrs. Serve with tortilla or pita chips.
"Zip" options:
If you want a little more ‘zip’: 1) increase ginger by 1 TBSP; 2) Add some diced jalapeno pepper.
