Blue Cheese Dip


8 oz. blue cheese or Gorgonzola, crumbled
15 oz. Ricotta Cheese
3/4 cup walnuts, toasted
1/4 cup chives or green onion tops


Combine cheeses in processor bowl. Pulse until blended; scrap sides occasionally. When well blended, add walnuts and chives. Pulse again until walnuts are mixed in.

Serve with crackers.
