Italian Sub Dip

1/4 pound each of thin deli sliced:
Genoa or hard salami
Provolone Cheese
Hamicola or capicola
1 onion
1 tomato
1 jar hoagie dressing mix
hard skinny italian bread, or crusty, skinny french bread
Instructions
Chop cheese & 2 meats by hand into 1/8 x 1/8" squares. Chop tomato into small pieces, chop onion into small pieces with Cuisinart processor. Mix all ingredients with bottle of hoagie dressing mix. Serve on thinly sliced Italian bread.
