Apple Toffee DipUser Submitted Recipe
8 oz. Cream Cheese
3/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
8 or 10 oz of toffee bits, crushed (put in food processor and pulse until size desired)
Approximately 8 of your favorite Apples
Cream 1st four ingredients and then fold in toffee bits.
Core and slice apple then place in (or sprinkle with) orange juice until ready to serve to keep them from turning brown.
