Spinach Artichoke DipUser Submitted Recipe
1 box frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
pickled jalepenos, chopped
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a 9 inch glass pie dish. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden and the dip is bubbling.
