1 Cup Chickpeas powder
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup Green pepper diced
1/4 cup onion chopped
2 cloves chopped
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoon coriander leaves
2 teaspoon lime juice
1 cup water
In large bowl add all the ingredients and make batter like pan cake - not too thick not liquidy......
And in hot pan take 1 service spoon batter and pour and spread thin layer in circle shape.....one upper side is all dry slowly turn and on the other put some oil and turn again cook both side until crispy..... serve with tomato ketchup and onion ......enjoy India evening snacks.......
