6 large eggs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/3 cup celery stalk, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
2 tablespoons sour cream
freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 red bell pepper, cut into small triangles
In a large pot, cover eggs with cold water and bring to a boil over high heat. Boil for 2 minute, turn off the heat and let it sit for 10 minutes. Run eggs with cold water until they are cool enough to handle. Peel and slice each egg in half lengthwise. Remove yolks with a spoon and transfer to a small bowl.
Mash yolks with a fork. Stir in mayonnaise, celery, Old Bay, vinegar, mustard and sour cream until mixture is smooth. Season mixture with pepper. Fill each egg white half with about 1 tablespoon yolk mixture. Sprinkle paprika on top and top the upper third of the egg yolk mixture with 2 bell pepper triangles to make them look like devils, enjoy!
