Artichoke pate'User Submitted Recipe
2 cans artichoke hearts
1 lemon zested and squeezed
2 garlic cloves
3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4-1/3 c olive oil
Place artichokes, lemon zest, lemon juice and garlic in processor. Pulse until mixed. Add bread crumbs and cheese and pulse until mixed.
Pour olive oil in feeder while processor is on until mixture is mixed enough to spread.
Season w/ salt to taste.
Spread in a small round baker.
Bake in 350 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes (until slightly firm). Cool. Served spread on crispy Italian bread or toast .
