Healthy Hummus

Dip for Vegetables/ Veggie Burger Topping
A dip/spread made out of chick peas, sesame seed paste (tahini) and spices.
A healthy topping for vegetable or turkey burgers."


2 15 oz. cans chickpeas, rinsed & drained
l/4 cup sesame tahini
l/2 cup water
2 sun-dried tomatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt/pepper/dried or fresh garlic to taste
1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
1 tablespoon fresh parsley


Put all ingredients in Cuisinart Processor Bowl. Blend for 1-2 minutes, scraping bowl down once during processing. Add more water if mixture is too thick.
Cuisinart makes the best hummus!
