This is a lower fat vertion of guacamole' and a good way to get your finicky ones to eat asparagus."
Ingredients
24 Spears asparagus
1/2c salsa
1/2 c. cilantro
2 cloves garlic
4 or 5 green onions
1 pkg. low fat cream cheese
green tabasco to taste
1 envalope onion soup.
Instructions
Boil asparagus until soft. Drain, put in blender add rough chopped onions & other ingredients. Blend until desired consistancy. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
