Chimichangas de Queso con chile

Ingredients

Flour Tortillas
Cheese
Chorizo
Jalapeño


Instructions

Warm your flour tortillas in the microwave for 20 seconds.
Fry you chorizo(spanish sausage)and let it cool.
Cut the jalapeño peppers into small squares.
Inside each tortilla put a piece of cheese, a spoon full of chorizo and desired jalapeño.

Fold as if it was a cloth diapper and secure with a tooth pick.

Fry in hot oil for a few minutes until you see it starts to change color.

Let it cool and eat it with some hot sauce.
