Light lunch sandwich or appetizer
1 large tomato
4 pieces rye bread
Reduced calorie Olive oil
Salt & Pepper
Wash and slice tomato into thin slices.
Lightly toast slices of rye bread.
Spread reduced calorie Olive Oil mayonnaise on each slice of bread.
Layer on thin slices of tomato.
Salt & Pepper to taste.
