Southwest Hummus Dip

Almost homemade
Store bought humus in your flavor choice is so easy! I buy Roasted Red Pepper or Pinon. Plan works well. This dip does well in the heat. Use your favorite veggies and chips. Can be used as a spread as an alternative to other condiments. A good healthy alternative."


32 oz store bought humus
1/4 cup tahini paste
4 oz chipotle salsa (or to taste)
2 tbsp roasted garlic
1 tsp ground cumin
juice of 1/2 lime
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil


Mix all in a large bowl. Chipotle salsa can be very hot depending on the brand, so add to taste.
