A delicious mix of vegetables and beautiful color. A great appetizer while the steaks are grilling. Good over eggs or mixed with macaroni and cheese, or anything you want to: spice up.""
Ingredients
Corn Tortillas
3-12 Jalapeno Peppers diced small (depending on the amount of HOT you can stand)
2-3 Fresh Large Tomatoes
1 Large Yellow Onion, diced small
4-6 Stems of Cilantro, diced small
1 Can of Coors Beer
Salt to Taste
Instructions
Corn tortillas quartered and fried in Canola Oil; salt to taste immediately after removing from Oil.
Dice jalapenos, tomatoes, onion, & cilantro in small pieces and put in Medium bowl. Pour Beer over vegetables and add salt to taste. Place lid on bowl and place in refrigerator to marinate for at least one hour. (Take 1 Prilosec before eating!) Now, dip your fresh corn tortilla chips into the salsa and enjoy a delicious, flavorful appetizer.
