2 grilled chicken breast chopped
1 avocado chopped
5 strips of bacon crumbled
2 tomatoes chopped
4 oz Monterrey jack chopped
1 package egg roll wrappers
Instructions
Mix all ingredients and spoon into eggroll wrappers. fold wrappers according to package directions. seal with water. fry in canola, olive or peanut oil until desired brown-ness. drain on paper towels.
