Reuben dip


2 8oz. cream cheese (set out to soften)
1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
6 oz (3 packs usually) dried corn beef (lunch meat) – cut up
1/2 cup 1,000 Island Dressing
1/2 lb shredded Swiss cheese (8 oz)
14 oz can of sauerkraut (drained)


Mash together the cream cheese and sour cream
Add all other ingredients
Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes or until melty and bubbly
