Catalina Dip

“ My mom is a great cook and did a lot of entertaining when I was growing up. Whenever she made this dip, I knew there would be a house full of people coming over soon. I would help my mom prepare appetizers for the parties. In those moments, we became so close and she shared her love of cooking and entertaining with me! The dip is easy, but oh so good and brings back so many good memories. To this day, I still make the dip when having guests over!"
