smoked salmon deviled eggs
User Submitted Recipe
“
Place smoked salmon deviled eggs on an egg dish. Plastic, pastel colored ones are available at most dollar stores, and will hold 12 servings"
Ingredients
6 large eggs
4 TBS chopped smoked salmon
3 TBS minced green onions
3 TBS softened cream cheese w/chives
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp ground pepper
Garnishes: smoked salmon slivers, dill sprig, paprika
Instructions
Cover eggs with water and bring to boil. Remove from heat and cover for 20 minutes. Cool and peel eggs, and slice lengthwise. Put yolks into a bowl and add all the ingredients except garnishes. Mix well. Fill plastic bag with yolk mixture and snip off corner. Fill egg white halves-cover loosely and refrigerate for 1 or 2 days. Garnish before serving.
