Grilled Mango Jerk Chicken Wings

1 Cup Slices Fresh Mango Pieces (can substitute w/ thawed out frozen mango)
2/3 Cup of Prepared Jerk Marinade Sauce
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1-2 lbs of Chicken Wings
1 dash of pepper
1 sprig of parley for garnish (optional)
***for less spicy, add more mango and decrease jerk marinade sauce***
Instructions
In a food processor, add the jerk marinade and mango slices together. Add a dash of pepper and Puree ingredients to a thicken sauce. In a glass dish, place the chicken wings and season lightly with salt. Once seasoned, with a sauce brush, brush mango-jerk puree on chicken leaving enough to recoat later. Coat very well. Preheat grill and a coat with non-stick spray. Add chicken once hot. Turn chicken about 5 mins and recoat the chicken with puree. Turn chicken again in about 5 mins and repeat process until chicken is well cooked. Remove chicken from grill and place on a serving platter. Let cool and garnish plate with parsley (optional)
